Depending on your plan you will have the chance to contact your coach via the different messaging platforms  such as, Messenger, WhatsApp,  Microsoft Teams, Zoom, email or by phone to talk about your training, race strategy, gear recommendations or any other questions you might have.

BASIC CUSTOM TRAINING PLAN FOR ATHLETES THAT REQUIRE CHANGES TO THEIR TRAINING PLAN

  • Initial goal planning and orientation call
  • Up to five adjustments to training plan due to travel, injury or schedule changes.
  • Personalized weekly triathlon plan via TRAININGPEAKS
  • Bi-Weekly training review call by phone or online platforms.
  • Open water sessions (when available held local)
  • Basic TRAININGPEAKS account
  • M-F 10a.m.-6p.m. Coach access by phone up to four calls a month, unlimited email and messaging same day reply.
