Access Your Coach Frequently

Depending on your plan you will have the chance to contact your coach via the different messaging platforms available such as, Messenger, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, email or by phone to talk about your training, race strategy, gear recommendations or any other questions you might have.

BASIC CUSTOM TRAINING PLAN FOR ATHLETES THAT REQUIRE FEW CHANGES TO THEIR PLAN

  • Initial goal planning and orientation call
  • Up to one adjustment to the training plan due to travel, injury, or schedule
  • Personalized monthly swimming plan via TRAININGPEAKS
  • Monthly training review call
  • M-F 10a.m.-5p.m. Coach access via phone up to one call a month.

BASIC CUSTOM TRAINING PLAN FOR ATHLETES THAT REQUIRE CHANGES TO THEIR TRAINING PLAN

  • Up to 10 adjustments to training plan due to travel, injury or schedule

  • Bi-Weekly training review call
  • M-F 10a.m.-6p.m. Coach access via phone up to four calls a month
